Interested Player
Got someone interested in playing and want to make sure we get in touch and give them the best chance of getting involved?
The best way to do this is to fill out our interested player form (Takes 60 seconds)
By doing this you are guaranteeing that we will be in contact within 24 hours. Filling this form out allows us to provide relevant information and makes it significantly more likely that we will get them in a team at your venue.

Questions / Issues
We want to make sure all of our players have the best possible experience. To do this we have a few systems in place to help out anyone having issues.
Whether it’s a uniform problem, a player who has questions about Just Play or any other issues – the best way to get a quick resolution is to inform the player to:

While it may seem friendly or helpful to let a player detail an issue to you and for you to then follow up with us, we find that adding this extra layer only confuses who is responsible for what and also decreases the chances of a speedy resolution.
Our email and SMS response times are both under 24 hours, so if they contact us directly then we will be able to very quickly help out.
Contact Us
We understand that sometimes urgent things happen outside of our standard business hours of 9:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 11:00am – 5:00pm on a Sunday.
As such for the use of our partners venue staff ONLY we have setup a hotline on 0429 940 382 that allows you to get in touch with a member of our administration team at all times.
Please do NOT provide this 0429 940 382 number to any of our players, it’s only the low call volume outside of office hours that allow us to provide this service. Our players can SMS us on 0428 191 771
During business hours please use this number to contact us about any competition matters. Outside of business hours please only use this number for urgent matters that can’t wait until the next business day (Forfeit taking place that day, game cancellations due to a natural disaster etc).
Feedback
We love hearing about how our players and teams are going.
While we have a number of processes in place to hear this feedback, such as game reports, email and SMS channels and also a player feedback form, we would love to hear from you about anything taking place at a venue and game that will help us in managing our teams and providing a great experience.
As such we have setup a venue feedback form that you or any of your staff can fill out to let us know how individual members of our teams or our whole teams are going.
With thousands of participants playing each week, we don’t hear everything and rely on our partners to help make us aware of any issues that are worth following up as the captain of our teams.
